1. Services

Elite Power Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Pressure washing
  • Soft washing
  • Driveway, sidewalk, and concrete cleaning
  • Deck and fence cleaning
  • Exterior siding and building cleaning

We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or discontinue services at any time.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates based on visible conditions.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Final pricing may change if actual conditions differ (e.g., excessive staining, surface damage, accessibility issues).

3. Bookings, Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
  • Minimum 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
  • Services may be rescheduled due to weather or safety concerns.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and Electronic transfer.
  • Late payments may incur additional charges.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or refuse future services for unpaid balances.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Ensure access to the service area
  • Provide water and power supply if required
  • Close all windows and doors
  • Remove fragile or valuable items

Failure to meet these responsibilities may affect service quality and may result in additional charges.

6. Service Acceptance & Issue Reporting

  • Services are considered accepted and satisfactory upon completion.
  • Any concerns must be reported immediately upon completion.
  • Failure to report issues constitutes full acceptance and waiver of related claims.

7. Property Condition & Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that power washing can expose pre-existing issues. We are not responsible for damage related to:

  • Loose or damaged siding
  • Cracked or peeling paint
  • Aged or deteriorated wood
  • Improper sealing or maintenance
  • Pre-existing structural defects

8. Website Use & Security

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious software, or interfere with website functionality. We do not guarantee that our website will be secure or error-free.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, logos, images, and branding are owned by Elite Power Washing and are protected under Canadian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
